Versatile and whimsical in her approach to art, msgek portfolio showcases artworks in various mediums characterised by strong colours and accentuated with bold brushwork – such boldness evidenced by trademark paint splatter on the artist whenever she paints.
msgek spent more than a decade in a successful corporate career but decided to leave it to pursue her passion for the arts. She has not looked back since. Her prior corporate experiences gives her painting style a different dimension.
Through her paintings, she hopes to bring smiles to faces and to fill the world with slightly more laughter and joy.
Explaining the artwork, "Urban Migration" to an interested viewer at exhibition held at Art Space , Istana Park, Singapore, in 2016.
Having fun at her solo exhibition held in conjunction with a book launch at Visual Art Centre, Singapore in 2017.
